He is a Chartered Engineer, Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Engineers, holds an MBA from Warwick Business School and a BSc. (Hons) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Bristol.
Andrew is a permanent resident of Hong Kong SAR.
